Exceeded my expectations – fantastic value for money!

Out of the box, it feels way more solid than I expected—the aluminum chassis has zero creaks, completely blows away that cheap plastic feel, and the backlit keyboard has nice, tactile feedback for long typing sessions.
The real selling point for me is how cool and quiet it runs. This Ultra 5-115U sips power; with dozens of Chrome tabs open and video calls running in the background, the fans barely even spin up and the deck stays ice cold. Battery life isn’t quite the advertised 9.5 hours (pure marketing, as usual), but at 60% brightness doing regular office work, getting an easy 6+ hours is no sweat.
The full-feature Type-C is a lifesaver since I only need to carry a tiny 65W GaN charger, and I already popped the bottom plate off to slap in an extra 1TB NVMe drive without any hassle. Honestly, I was worried it might be a dud, but as a non-gaming daily driver for productivity, this thing totally exceeded my expectations. Absolute bang for the buck!
