Smooth experience

I needed a travel-friendly machine for some light editing work. The 1TB NVMe SSD keeps the footage loading fast, and the i9 chip doesn't struggle with 4K timelines nearly as much as I expected. It’s definitely a step up from the generic office minis. I love that it’s got that acrylic disc texture on top—looks way more premium than just another matte plastic block on my desk. Definitely keeps my creative setup looking clean and minimalist.

BMAX B9 Power: Surprisingly capable for editing 4K footage.

Decided to downsize my dev rig to a BMAX B9 Power—was skeptical but it actually keeps up.

I’m running a ton of containers and heavy IDEs all day, and I needed something that wouldn’t take up half my desk. The i9-12900HK handles the compilation loads surprisingly well—not quite as fast as my old full-tower liquid-cooled beast, but for the footprint, I’m impressed. The 24GB of RAM is a sweet spot for my workflow. Ports are decent too; running my dual-monitor setup through the HDMI and Type-C without any issues. It’s been rock solid for me the last couple of weeks.

Wonderful

Great value for the price.
Seamlessly runs my musical workflow in low latency.
Very sayisfied.
